This series of pumps adopts unique structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid materials and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the pump impeller adopts a single channel or double channel form, it is similar to a section of the same size of the bend pipe, has a very good flow, with a reasonable cochlear chamber, so that the pump has high efficiency, the impeller through the dynamic and static balance test, so that the pump in operation without vibration.

    Precautions for installation and use:

    1. Before starting, carefully check whether the pump is deformed or damaged in the process of transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or fall off.

    2. Check whether the cable is damaged or broken. If there is any damage, replace it to avoid leakage.

    3. Check whether the power supply device is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must be consistent with the nameplate.

    4. Use megahmmeter to check the cold resistance of the stator winding to the ground insulation of the motor shall not be less than 50M.

    5. It is strictly prohibited to use the pump cable as the installation and lifting rope to avoid danger.

    6. The direction of rotation of the pump is counterclockwise from the water inlet. If it is reversed, any two wires in the cable must be switched to the wiring position, and the pump can turn forward.

    7. The water pump should be immersed into the water vertically, not allowed to be horizontal and not trapped in the sludge. When the water pump is moving, the power must be cut off.

    8. After repeated use of the electric pump, it must be put into the clean water for several minutes to prevent the deposit left in the pump and ensure that the electric pump is clean.

    9. When the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be removed from the water to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding being damp and increase the service life of the electric pump.

    10. Under normal working conditions, after working for one year, the electric pump should be maintained, replace the worn parts, check the fastening state, supplement or replace the bearing grease and the insulating oil in the oil chamber, to ensure the good operation of the electric pump.
