First, the QW(WQ) type non-blocking submersible sewage lifting pump produced by the company is a new generation of pump products developed successfully on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology and combined with the use characteristics of domestic pumps. It has the characteristics of remarkable energy saving effect, anti-winding, non-blocking, automatic installation and automatic control. It has good effect in discharging solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of pumps adopts unique structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid materials and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the pump impeller adopts a single channel or double channel form, it is similar to a section of the same size of the bend pipe, has a very good flow, with a reasonable cochlear chamber, so that the pump has high efficiency, the impeller through the dynamic and static balance test, so that the pump in operation without vibration.
Product features

Maintaining:
The electric pump should be managed and used by special personnel, and the well should be checked regularly. Whether the insulation resistance between the pump winding and the casing is normal.
Each use, especially for thick and sticky slurry, the electric pump should be put into the clean water for several minutes to prevent the deposit left in the pump and ensure the clean of the electric pump.
If the pump is not used for a long time, the pump should be removed from the water, do not soak in the water for a long time, in order to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding damp, increase the service life of the pump.
In the conventional state of the pump every 300-500 hours after the oil should be filled or replaced in the oil chamber oil (10-30 oil) to keep the mechanical seal in good lubrication state, improve the service life of the mechanical seal.
After the disassembly and maintenance of the electric pump, the casing component must be tested by 0.2Mpa air tightness test. To ensure reliable motor seal.
The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has the sealing function. If the sealing damage will directly affect the performance of the pump, it should be replaced if necessary.

Precautions for installation and use:
1. Before starting, carefully check whether the pump is deformed or damaged in the process of transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or fall off.
2. Check whether the cable is damaged or broken. If there is any damage, replace it to avoid leakage.
3. Check whether the power supply device is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must be consistent with the nameplate.
4. Use megahmmeter to check the cold resistance of the stator winding to the ground insulation of the motor shall not be less than 50M.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use the pump cable as the installation and lifting rope to avoid danger.
6. The direction of rotation of the pump is counterclockwise from the water inlet. If it is reversed, any two wires in the cable must be switched to the wiring position, and the pump can turn forward.
7. The water pump should be immersed into the water vertically, not allowed to be horizontal and not trapped in the sludge. When the water pump is moving, the power must be cut off.
8. After repeated use of the electric pump, it must be put into the clean water for several minutes to prevent the deposit left in the pump and ensure that the electric pump is clean.
9. When the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be removed from the water to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding being damp and increase the service life of the electric pump.
10. Under normal working conditions, after working for one year, the electric pump should be maintained, replace the worn parts, check the fastening state, supplement or replace the bearing grease and the insulating oil in the oil chamber, to ensure the good operation of the electric pump.
