    Structural features

    The rotor part of the DC boiler feed water pump is mainly composed of impellers, shaft sleeves, balance plates and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impellers is determined by the number of pump stages. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to make them integrated with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearings are determined by different models, none of them bear the axial force, and the axial force is balanced by the balance plate. The pump allows the rotor to move axially in the pump casing during operation, and radial bearings cannot be used. The rolling bearing is lubricated with grease, the sliding bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the oil ring is used for self-lubrication, and the circulating water is used for cooling.
    The inlet and outlet of the DC boiler feed water pump are vertically upward, and the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing body and other pump housing parts of the pump are connected into one body by tightening bolts. Choose the number of pump stages according to the pump head.
    There are two types of shaft seal: mechanical seal and packing seal. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of the packing ring must be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate. It is advisable for the liquid to seep out drop by drop. The various sealing elements of the pump are installed in a sealed box, and a certain pressure of water must pass through the box to play the role of water sealing, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

    The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the DC boiler feed water pump are all sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. The rotor part and the fixed part are equipped with a sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. for sealing. When the sealing ring If the wear degree of the guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, it should be replaced.

    Installation Notes
    In addition to meeting the general technical requirements for installation, the following points should be noted when installing this type of pump:
    1. When the motor and water pump are combined and installed, the shaft of the pump coupling end should be pulled out, and the end face clearance value of 3-5mm should be left to ensure the axial clearance value between the pump and the motor coupling.
    Note: Make sure the bottom plate is leveled and the equipment level is good before grouting
    Caution: In order for the installation to be successful, the coupling must be adjusted correctly. The flexible coupling cannot compensate for any obvious misalignment. Misalignment can cause rapid wear, noise, vibration, and damage to equipment. Therefore, the coupling must be adjusted within the given limits.
    Caution: Measures must be taken to support the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump to prevent excessive load on the inlet and outlet of the pump
    2. The center lines of the pump and motor shafts should be on the same horizontal straight line.
    3. The pump can only bear its own internal force, not any external force.
